Our client, a leading electronics manufacturing organization, is seeking a PCB Assembler to join their team. As a PCB Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and testing of printed circuit boards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: PCB Assembler
Location: Elkhart, IN
Pay Range:
Shift: Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM;
Friday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
What's the Job?
- Solder and assemble PCB components, including through-hole and surface mount parts
- Inspect and test printed circuit boards for defects and proper functionality
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty boards to ensure quality standards
- Read and interpret PCB schematics and assembly drawings accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
What's Needed?
- Experience with PCB assembly or testing in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of soldering techniques and tools
- Ability to read PCB schematics and assembly drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with quality control procedures in electronics manufacturing (preferred)
