Material Handler, Manufacturing Production, Forklift Operator
Our client, a growing foam manufacturing facility is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the production department supporting the movement and organization of materials and finished products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, safety-mindedness, and strong organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Elkhart, IN
Pay Range:
Shift: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM; 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday – Thursday)
What's the Job?
- Move raw materials, components, and finished products to and from production areas
- Stage and organize materials for assembly or shipping
- Load and unload trucks or containers as needed
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock organization
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
What's Needed?
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely
- Comfortable operating material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable attendance and steady work history
