Position: WELDER I (51175)

About the Role:

We are seeking dependable and skilled Robotic Welders to join our team. This position involves applying the appropriate welding process to meet specifications, inspecting and repairing welds as needed, and supporting the production and assembly of various components. The role requires technical competency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform robotic welding to meet production specifications.
  • Inspect and repair welds as needed to ensure quality standards.
  • Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently.
  • Utilize team lifting or mechanical assist equipment for loads exceeding 50 lbs.
  • Read prints, instructions, and technical drawings accurately.
  • Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers to ensure precision.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
  • Work Effectively in a team environment.
  • Willing to assist in other departments as needed.
Qualifications
  • One to three years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read prints, technical instructions, and use measuring tools accurately.
  • Technical and mechanical competency.
  • Strong dependability, reliability, and committed work ethic.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment.
  • Work Effectively in a team environment.
  • Willing to assist in other departments as needed.
