About the Role: We are seeking dependable and skilled MIG Welders to join our team. This position involves performing MIG welding on recreational vehicle frames and components to meet production and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, technical skill, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on steel components and RV frames according to specifications.
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and structural integrity.
- Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently.
- Utilize team lifting or mechanical assist equipment for loads exceeding 50 lbs.
- Read and interpret prints, drawings, and welding instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
