This is not a desk‑only position — the ideal candidate enjoys being on the production floor, working directly with equipment and operators, and solving real‑time manufacturing challenges.

- Analyze and improve production methods to increase efficiency, throughput, and consistency
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting quality, flow, and productivity
- Perform and support preventative maintenance to ensure equipment uptime
- Diagnose and repair machinery used in wire cutting, crimping, terminating, and testing
- Partner with operations and quality teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Support new product introductions, validation efforts, and PPAP requirements
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and equipment adjustments
- Maintain and verify testing systems and related equipment
- Train and support operators on process changes and equipment usage
- Drive initiatives focused on waste reduction, uptime improvement, and product quality
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within wire harness or cable assembly
- Strong understanding of wire harness components, processes, and industry standards
- Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills with hands‑on equipment experience
- Background in machine maintenance and preventative maintenance programs
- Ability to diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency with standard computer applications
- Be part of a growing operation where your impact is immediate and visible
- Work in a collaborative, team‑driven environment
- Opportunity to take ownership of process improvements and equipment reliability
- Strong exposure to both engineering and operations leadership
