CNC Maintenance Technician

Our client, a precision machining manufacturer serving automotive, commercial, and defense industries, is seeking a Maintenance Technician (CNC) to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department, supporting the Production and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $30 - $32/hr + $2 Shift Premium

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime

+ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve complex equipment issues

+ Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair logs, and preventive maintenance schedules

+ Train machine operators on basic maintenance procedures and support continuous improvement efforts

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)

+ Experience as a Maintenance Technician in a CNC or manufacturing environment

+ Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills

+ Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and ability to read schematics

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with strong communication skills
