Our Blocking Saw Operators are responsible for cutting down a large piece of polyurethane foam into smaller “blocks” that are used to cut shapes and sizes from at a different saw. This is considered “light” manufacturing and we will provide training.

• Cutting down large foam buns into smaller blocks to be used in all other processes in our plant.
• Drawing patterns and marking foam as directed.
• Organizing cut materials in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Lifting and moving materials with proper techniques.
• Observing all safety rules and regulations.

• A positive attitude towards their coworkers and job.
• Ability to interpret dimensions and perform quick, basic math tasks while focusing on safety
• Ability to understand and follow all company policies and regulations
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Prior saw experience preferred but not required

• Pay starts at $15 an hour but prior experience will be considered
