Final Inspector 2nd Shift

Final Inspector – 2nd Shift. Pay: $16.00/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Premium.

Location:

Elkhart, IN.

Hours:

Training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). After training, regular schedule is 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Pro Resources is seeking a detail‑oriented Final Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. The role involves inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment, completing inspection paperwork, assisting with packaging, and operating a forklift (training provided).

• Visually inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Load and unload parts for inspection.
• Complete inspection paperwork and production records.
• Move materials between inspection and packaging areas.
• Assist with packaging as needed.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure and precision measuring tools.
• Forklift experience preferred (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills.
