Quoting Coordinator

Exemplary Foam is a leading manufacturer of custom foam and plastic packaging solutions, serving customers across a wide range of industries. Using advanced manufacturing technologies—including waterjet cutting, die cutting, CNC routing, assembly, and polyurea coating—we deliver innovative, high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quoting Coordinator to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with numbers, communicating with customers, and collaborating across departments to deliver accurate and timely quotes, we'd love to hear from you.

• Prepare accurate customer quotes and cost estimates.
• Review customer drawings, specifications, and pricing requests.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, engineering, and sales to ensure quote accuracy.
• Maintain customer records, pricing files, and quote documentation.
• Respond promptly to customer and sales team inquiries.
• Help support sales efforts by providing timely, competitive quotations.
• Ensure all quotations are completed accurately and within established deadlines.

• Experience preparing quotes, estimates, or pricing in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Manufacturing, packaging, or industrial experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
