• Prepare, load, secure, and document finished truck caps and related products for shipment.
• Perform loading operations, install clamps and securing devices, build shipping crates as required.
• Complete product mapping and shipment verification activities to ensure proper identification, protection, and routing.
• Verify product quality and shipment accuracy prior to loading.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and ensure all transportation procedures comply with LEER Group safety, quality, and shipping standards.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to efficiency and product protection.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Annual training for Hazardous Waste Recycling and fire safety.
• Familiarity with the current system of paint processing used.
• Ability to read and verbally communicate in English.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs).
• Respirator certification required due to hazardous chemicals and fumes.
• Ability to work in a moderate to severe fume environment and wear safety glasses at all times.

The job requires standing, walking, and moving up to 25–50 lbs. The noise level is usually moderate, fumes/gases moderate to severe. The environment may become warm to hot. Safety glasses are required at all times in the production environment.
