General Assembly
We are hiring General Assembly Associates to join a manufacturing team building industrial door products. Assemble components, using hand and power tools, and accurately reading a tape measure.

General Assembly Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 17.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
- Assemble door panels, tracks, and hardware using tools and work instructions
- Read and use a tape measure accurately (including fractions)
- Use hand and power tools such as drills, rivet guns, and screw guns
- Ensure proper alignment, fit, and function of products
- Perform basic quality checks to meet standards
- Measure and prepare materials for assembly
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
General Assembly
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work at a steady pace
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Stand for most of the shift Lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance as needed)
- Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive motion
- Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 50°F to 110°F
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
