Production Line Workers 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Graham Personnel Services is assisting a client in Elkhart, IN with multiple production line worker openings. 1st shift – 6a–2p $15.40/hour, 2nd shift – 2p–10p $15.40/hour, 3rd shift – 10p–6a $15.40/hour.

• Assembly:
  Carry out assembly tasks on the production line, following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Inspection:
  Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any defects or issues promptly.
• Packaging:
  Responsible for packaging finished products, labeling, and preparing them for shipment according to specified guidelines.
• Machine Operation:
  Operate machinery and equipment relevant to the production process, ensuring proper functioning and reporting any malfunctions.
• Efficiency:
  Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines. Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to supervisors.
• Safety:
  Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
• Documentation:
  Complete production logs, reports, and other relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Team

  Work closely with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and production continuity.

• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads up to 50+ lbs.
• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
