Trillium Staffing, Elkhart, IN, is seeking skilled aluminum and steel welders for contract-to-hire roles at our client site. Pay rate is $22.00 per hour, first shift (5am-1:30pm) with overtime.
Responsibilities include welding aluminum and steel components to production, quality, and safety standards. Candidates should have 1–3 years welding experience, MIG and TIG (Stick welding a plus), ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with measuring tools.
