About the Role:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Powder Coaters to join our team. This position involves preparing and applying powder coating to metal components while ensuring quality standards for thickness, color, and finish are consistently met. The role also includes operating and maintaining coating equipment and supporting overall production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal components for powder coating, including cleaning and setup.
• Apply powder coating to meet required thickness, color, and cosmetic standards.
• Operate and maintain ovens, wash stations, drying stations, and coating equipment.
• Perform routine cleanup and maintenance of tanks and related systems.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.

• Prior powder coating or similar manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of coating processes, equipment, and quality standards is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Dependable, reliable, and committed work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Work Effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to assist in other departments as needed.
