Forklift Operator

About the Role:

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our team. This position involves the safe handling and transportation of heavy loads throughout the manufacturing facility, including within shipping and receiving areas. The role also includes some manual material handling and requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
• Transport, stage, and position materials in production and shipping/receiving areas.
• Perform manual material handling and load preparation as needed.
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently.
• Utilize team lifting or mechanical assist equipment for loads exceeding 50 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.

• One to three years of material handling or forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong dependability, reliability, and a committed work ethic.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment.
• Work Effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to assist in other departments as needed.
