Utility Position
1st Shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Mon–Thurs)
• Elkhart, IN • $18.50/hr
We are hiring a reliable and motivated Utility Associate for 3rd shift in Elkhart. This role supports production by ensuring materials, packaging, and shipments are handled efficiently and safely. The Utility Associate plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with quality checks.
Key Responsibilities- Support production by supplying materials and monitoring line operation.
- Build and label pallets; ensure correct products are staged and loaded on time.
- Maintain accurate counts and complete required paperwork.
- Assist with quality inspections and follow all safety and housekeeping standards.
- Operate equipment and handle product per company procedures.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
