Primary responsibilities include maintaining production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies, and staging finished product with a forklift.

• Effectively drive a forklift in a safe manner.
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying items listed on production orders.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
• Maintain materials for all machines on production lines.
• Complete yearly RCRA Hazardous Waste and DOT Initial Training/Annual Review.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and sign manifests for Hazardous Waste pickup and removal.

• Organization, deadline oriented, and time management skills required.
• Self‑disciplined to keep busy within the plant.
• May be required to work outside the normal scheduled business day.
• May be requested to perform over‑time activities.
• Understand proper handling techniques so that product integrity is maintained.
• Understand inventory control so that FIFO can be maintained if required.
• Understand ISO requirements pertaining to the production process.

• Completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Forklift driving experience required.
• Proper use of overhead cranes desired; training will be provided.
