Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production line equipment in a beverage bottling plant -- machinery and components such as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, boilers, pumps, blending and mixing tanks, liquid fillers, cappers, labelers, boxers, palletizers and other packaging equipment, material handling equipment, and bulk delivery equipment.

• Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, and fabrication.
• Wire moderately complex control circuits involving PLCs, sensors, motors, VFD motor drives, etc.
• Fabricate, repair, and install hangers and all types of piping including hot/cold water, steam, process and condensate.
• Weld various types of metals.
• Use machine shop equipment to modify and fabricate parts.
• Complete package size and product changeovers.
• Tune, calibrate, adjust and startup liquid fillers and packaging equipment Requirements
• 3+ years experience in industrial mechanics involving high speed packaging equipment such as fillers, cappers, labelers, and conveyor systems ot similar. Total compensation up to $120,000 per year with generous hourly rates as well as unlimited opportunities for OT. Extensive company paid training programs.
