Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Flexo Press Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain a Mark Andy Flexographic Printing Press. Responsible for producing complete specialized print orders in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures. Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output. Work closely with team members to exceed customer expectations.

• Setting rotary die to print registration
• Monitors print quality during production run to ensure quality standards
• Holding accuracy and attention to detail, verifying processes and work performed
• Providing excellent communication, customer service and good team working skills
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports
• Calibrate equipment as needed and perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or escalate to maintenance when necessary
• Maintaining an organized, safe and clean work environment
• Working independently and within a team, in a fast-paced production environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Prefer 1+ year experience in Flexographic Printing. Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical documents, and machine manuals. Strong attention to detail and quality control skills. Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Resourceful and willing to independently learn new skills and techniques associated with the operation of equipment. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Willingness to work in shifts, including nights or weekends if required.
