The Pack Load Ship Manager is responsible for leading all packing and shipping operations at the Elkhart facility, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. As a key member of the Plant Management Team, this role ensures efficient, safe, and high-quality packing and shipping processes while aligning with organizational goals. This position reports to the Plant Manager.

Required Education/

Experience:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of Supervisory experience in related industry. Demonstrated ability to work in and through teams, with all levels of the workplace. Keen listening/communication abilities to lead improvement processes within various areas and levels of organization. Skills in conflict resolution are required.

Preferred Skills/

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is preferred. Manufacturing experience; exposure to aluminum extrusion industry a plus. Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental requirements. Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate on all levels.
