We are currently seeking a Team Lead to join our 2nd shift to support daily operations in our baggage door department. In this role, you will lead the team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and oversee router, press brake, and assembly processes.

You will be responsible for hands-on work as well as leading the team to meet production, quality, and safety goals. The right person for this position will have excellent communication and decision‑making skills, the ability to self‑manage and multitask, and the ability to foster a positive team environment. Prior experience in manufacturing processes is preferred.

Shift: 2nd Shift | 1:00pm-9:00pm

• Lead, coach and support a team of approximately 10 team members across 3 departments
• Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining quality standards
• Assist with hands on assembly by using hand and measuring tools
• Assist with running a router and aluminum press brake
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Train new team members and support ongoing development

• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Prior leadership or team lead experience
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Bilingual preferred with strong communication skills
