Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Gluerto join their team. As a Gluer, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Gluer

Location: Elkhart, IN

Pay Range: $16.00

Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

• Spray glue on foam pieces according to production requirements
• Read and follow work orders and production specifications
• Measure and cut materials to required dimensions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
