Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 2nd Shift Saw Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Saw Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. Job Title: 2nd Shift Saw Operator

Location: Elkhart, IN

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

• Operate saw equipment safely and efficiently to cut materials according to specifications
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications accurately
• Measure and cut materials to required dimensions ensuring precision
• Inspect finished cuts to verify quality and accuracy
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance concerns promptly

• Previous manufacturing or saw operation experience preferred but not required
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
