Pro Resources is currently seeking candidates to fill the role of CTL (Cut-to-Length) Operator for a company located in Elkhart, IN.
Shift and Compensation1st shift: 7am-3pm + OT as needed. OT hours would be 5am-3pm $18.00/hr. (Straight-8 schedule with two paid 10min breaks and paid 20min lunch)
Primary FunctionOperate coil fed Cut-to-Length panel cutting process as 1 of 2 operators;
Cross-train simultaneously on packaging, pallet building and miscellaneous machine operations as required.
- Sheet metal and/or coil fed equipment experience.
- Some computer experience (production entry or similar)
- Flexibility in daily routine at work
- Ability and willingness to work overtime (sometimes on Saturday)
- Safety-Toe Shoes
- Jeans/Uniform Pants or similar (no sweats or synthetics)
- Shirt with short or long sleeves (no sleeveless shirts)
- We will provide all other required PPE.

This company is a distributor and fabricator of aluminum and stainless-steel products. Inventory that includes a complete line of sheet, coil, plate, custom extrusions along with multi-stage processing and fabrication services.
