Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Monday – Friday (No weekends, enjoy your afternoons off!)

No TIG
Required:
Pure production MIG welding on specialized structural components.
Perform clean, high-precision production MIG welding on specialized vehicle chassis and components.
Consistently lay smooth, structurally sound welds meeting high cosmetic standards.
Read and interpret shop blueprints to verify weld points, joint designs, and build specifications.
Measure and inspect materials down to accurate 1/16-inch increments using standard shop measurement tools.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate smoothly with your welding teammates.
Welding Expertise: Proven MIG welding experience with a strong eye for weld appearance and structural integrity.
Blueprint & Measuring Literacy: Ability to read blueprints and accurately measure to 1/16".
Great Attitude: Teachable, receptive to shop techniques, reliable, and committed to showing up ready to work.
Team Player: Thrives in a small-team dynamic where reliability and communication matter.
