Pro Resources is seeking a CTL Operator in Elkhart, IN for first shift. 7am-3pm with overtime as needed. OT hours would be 5am-3pm at $18.00/hr this role involves operating a coil-fed Cut-to-Length panel and cross-training on packaging and pallet building.
Ideal candidates have sheet metal or coil-fed equipment experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays. PPE required on day one is provided as needed.
