Concord Youth Development Professional Lead at Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with Monday-Friday 2:00pm-6:00pm. You will implement engaging youth programs, maintain attendance records, support safety and behavior expectations, and supervise staff to meet program goals.
Ideal candidate has experience working with school-age youth, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
