As the Staff Nurse, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:

• Assisting with the coordination and supervision of quality nursing care services for assigned residents that reflect the facility’s philosophy.
• Promoting the individual independence of residents served.
• Assuring that resident or family concerns and complaints are handled.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Current license as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana.
• Ability to read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations.
• Experience in long‑term care or public health nursing, or equivalent experience in a hospital, retirement community, or nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to remain stationary 50–100%; position self to exert 10–30 lbs of force or to move objects.
