Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday – Friday | 9:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Education Required:

High School Diploma or GED

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving quality systems in a rubber manufacturing environment. This position requires a strong understanding of ISO standards, root cause analysis methods, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure product compliance and continuous improvement.

• Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards
• Assist in investigating customer complaints and prepare reports, including CCR (Customer Complaint Reports)
• Utilize and demonstrate root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys, 8D, Fishbone (Ishikawa) to identify and resolve quality issues
• Support the QC Manager in maintaining ISO documentation and audit readiness
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns and recommend corrective actions
• Provide coverage in the absence of QC leadership and assist in training and mentoring other team members when needed

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in quality control, preferably in the rubber or manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and procedures
• Working knowledge of root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, 8D, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a leadership or support role is a plus

• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using basic computer programs and quality software
