This is a full-time, on-site role located in Elkhart, IN, for a Managing Partner at Metro Diner. The Managing Partner will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient performance in all aspects of the restaurant, from quality control and guest satisfaction to employee training and financial management. Responsibilities include building and leading a successful team, upholding operational standards, developing relationships with guests and team members, upholding performance goals, and driving continuous improvement to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications- Leadership and team management skills, including experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong operational expertise, with a focus on financial management, inventory oversight, and maintaining quality control standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with team members, guests and vendors.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with knowledge of guest service excellence and operational procedures.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities to address challenges quickly and effectively.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in organizational and multitasking skills to manage daily operations efficiently.
- Preferred qualification:
Previous experience as a restaurant manager or leader in the hospitality industry.
