O'Reilly Automotive - - - Responsibilities:
Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise;
Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving the professional customers as needed and directed;
Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone by answering all calls and quoting prices;
Responsible for accurately maintaining and securing the cash drawer, accepting cash and/or checks, making change, and processing credit card transactions;
Assist with daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves, planogram updates, and inspections; perform in-store services for customers as allowed by state law
