Guest Care Associate

Spartan Nash - 3900 East Bristol Street - Responsibilities:
Provide courteous guest service in person or by telephone; answer incoming calls to the retail store and direct calls to the appropriate department and assist with guest questions in store.;
Operate cash register to itemize customer purchases and assist guests with self-checkouts; handle a variety of products including groceries and other items.;
Process financial transactions including cash, checks, credit cards, food stamps, WIC, loyalty cards, gift certificates, rain checks, voids, and coupons; bag customer purchases.;
Maintain a clean and well-stocked department; ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures.;
