Position Summary

Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback. Tourto Teach communication and collaboration with all levels of associates regarding store operations utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduces and leads company change efforts, provides clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions, and communicates business objectives to teams effectively.

Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards by following the One Best Way (OBW) service model, manages customer service initiatives, resolves complaints, and develops action plans to correct deficiencies. Provides process improvement leadership to ensure a high quality customer experience. Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, managing budgeting and forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.

Provides supervision and development opportunities, hires, trains, mentors, and recognizes associates, promotes belonging, and supports recruiting and development to meet staffing needs. Coordinates and oversees job-related activities, builds relationships with stakeholders, and promotes continuous learning and adaptability. Ensures compliance with company policies, supports mission values, and fosters a culture of belonging, integrity, and collaboration. Serves customers and members with data-driven decisions and a customer-first mindset.

Drives continuous improvements, adopts new technologies, and supports others through change.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and other incentives.

2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required. For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state‑specific requirements, a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.

All associates will be required to attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
