We are searching for an enthusiastic, experienced go‑getter to add to our team as a Sales Manager. A qualified candidate will be expected to:
- Oversee the daily activities of the sales department
- Devise strategies that ensure everyone is meeting their goals
- Hire, train, and develop new talent for success
- Ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction
- Make sure all leads are being properly followed up
- Assist individual sales consultants to close sales when necessary

- Proven Success In Prior Managerial Role Is Required
- 2-5 years manager experience is required
- Automotive sales background is preferred
- Proven track record of success meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Professional appearance and work ethic
