Sales Manager

Ascot Enterprises is a leading supplier of custom window treatments, bedding, and soft goods to the recreational vehicle industry. We partner with many of North America's leading RV manufacturers to deliver high-quality products, dependable service, and customized interior solutions.

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to grow existing RV relationships while developing new business throughout the RV industry.

• Inherit a book of business and, at the same time, have an opportunity to expand relationships with existing RV customers.
• Identify, pursue, and win new RV business opportunities.
• Develop strategic account plans for key customers.
• Must be willing and eager to visit customer facilities and attend industry events. Almost all local travel.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and product development to ensure outstanding customer support.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts.

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong relationships within the RV industry.
• Proven experience selling directly to RV manufacturers.
• Existing relationships within the RV industry are highly preferred.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Experience directly to RV manufacturers. A background in interiors is a plus.

• Established, respected supplier to the RV industry.
