• Perform advanced vehicle or facility maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and update work orders in the system.
• Assist in the installation, modification and relocation of equipment or systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other team members for specialized repairs or projects.
• Maintain tools, supplies and spare parts inventory in organized condition.
• Support facility improvement projects and provide input on maintenance planning.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and work-order systems.

• Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Required to do frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling and climbing to perform multiple tasks.
• Must have good manual dexterity.

$25.00–$33.00 per hour
