Commercial Service Technician

South Bend & Elkhart Area

• Perform general commercial repair and maintenance services across various trades — including drywall, carpentry, doors, light electrical/plumbing, tile, painting, and more.
• Respond to service requests with urgency, professionalism, and a helpful attitude.
• Use an iPad and Service Titan to track work and communicate with the office in real time.
• Represent Mr. Handyman with pride, providing clean, courteous, and respectful service on every job site.

• Proven experience in commercial or residential maintenance, construction, or skilled trades.
• Broad technical skill set — carpentry, drywall, minor plumbing/electrical, repairs, etc.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a team‑first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• $30–$40+ per hour based on experience.
• Company vehicle, tools, and uniform provided.
