What You'll Do
As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll be responsible for:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining residential electrical systems
- Performing panel upgrades, service upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Running wiring, conduit, and completing rough-in and trim-out work
- Ensuring all work meets NEC and local code requirements
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
- Communicating clearly with customers, builders, and team members
- Maintaining a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
- Completing job documentation accurately and on time
You'll be trusted to deliver high-quality work with professionalism and pride.
What You Bring
We're looking for electricians who take pride in their craft:
- Indiana Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- 2-5+ residential electrical experience (required)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
