Your Role:
Division-Launching Licensed Plumber You’ll be the lead technician and key driver behind our plumbing expansion, responsible for providing 5-star service AND helping shape the division’s future.

Your

Responsibilities Include:

Diagnose and repair plumbing systems for residential and light commercial clients

Install fixtures, water heaters, valves, and piping systems

Perform leak detection, drain cleaning, and pipe replacement

Ensure all work meets local and state code requirements

Train and mentor future techs as the division grows

Collaborate with leadership on growth, pricing, and service offerings

Communicate clearly with customers and document work in Service Titan Represent  Mr. Handyman’s professional, trusted “Helpful Neighbor” experience

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Plumber (Indiana)3–5+ years of proven residential or commercial plumbing service experience

Strong diagnostic, repair, and installation skills

Valid driver’s license + clean driving record

Own basic plumbing tools

Professional appearance and great customer communication

Comfortable working independently

Excited by the idea of helping launch a new department

Leadership potential — or leadership ambition
