Norfolk Southern invites applications for the Apprentice Signal Trainee role. This hands-on, field-based position trains individuals to install, inspect, and maintain critical rail signal systems, including FRA inspections and field training across seniority districts.
You will be required to bid on available positions, potentially relocate, join the BRS within 60 days of seniority, and obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days. Training lasts about 52 weeks with classroom and field components.
