Alvest Equipment Services (AES) is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join their team at the Elkhart Overhaul Facility in Elkhart, Indiana. • $26.00–$32.00 per hour

• 3-5 years of HVAC experience in aviation, heavy equipment, or similar industries
• Strong understanding of HVAC system diagnostics, refrigerant cycles, and repair techniques
• EPA Section 608 certification or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot equipment efficiently
• A proactive, safety‑first mindset and strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to stay current on industry standards and best practices through training

• Med/Heavy Truck Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred
• Universal HVAC certification preferred
