Gurley Leep is a family-owned automotive group that is always looking for talented people to join our team. We have 3 CARSTAR Collision Centers located in Elkhart, Mishawaka, and South Bend. We welcome all applicants who are interested in joining our close-knit work family. We're looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our growing collision repair team. This position requires knowledge of both structural and non-structural body repair, knowledge of automotive systems, sheet metal repair, and welded panel replacement.

• Perform quality structural and non-structural collision repairs.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels.
• Complete repairs according to OEM procedures and company standards.

• Work closely with estimators and the production team to ensure repairs are completed on time.

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience as an Auto Body Technician.
• Ability to perform repairs independently from start to finish.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• I-CAR certifications are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
