Basement Waterproofing Laborer

Erie Home is seeking a hardworking Basement Waterproofing Laborer to support residential waterproofing and foundation repair projects. In this field-based role, you will assist with installing drainage systems, sump pumps, and moisture barriers, performing digging, trenching, concrete work, and material handling. You'll work on crews in basements and crawl spaces, operating hand and power tools while following strict safety standards. Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of basement waterproofing systems, drains, and sump pumps
• Perform digging, trenching, demolition, and concrete work as directed
• Prepare job sites, load/unload materials, and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Support foundation crack repair and moisture control solutions
• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures
• Work in crawl spaces, basements, and confined areas as needed
• Collaborate with foreman and crew to complete projects on time and to quality standards
• Interact professionally with homeowners and represent Erie Home's service standards
• Participate in training to build skills and advance within the company
