Collaborating Psychiatrist (Clinical & Supervisory Role)
Must live and be licensed as a board-certified Psychiatrist in one of the following states:

Key Responsibilities:Collaborating Psychiatrist Duties:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to PMHNPs in accordance with state laws and psychiatric board regulations.
- Participate in initial and ongoing chart reviews, case consultations, and quality assurance activities.
- Support PMHNPs in complex psychiatric evaluations, differential diagnosis, and treatment planning as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements for psychiatric NP supervision.
- Contribute to ongoing clinical education, best practice implementation, and policy development.
Clinical (Patient-Facing) Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for a range of mental health conditions (e.g., mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, ADHD, etc.).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including therapists, case managers, and social workers.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation within the EMR system.
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) with residency training in Psychiatry.
- Board Certification in Psychiatry (ABPN).
- Active and unrestricted medical license in multiple states, or willing to get licensed in multiple states
- Minimum of 2 years of post-residency experience, preferably with supervisory or collaborative experience with PMHNPs.
- Deep understanding of the NP scope of practice in psychiatry and relevant state regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentorship skills.
