Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our operations team. This hands-on role involves a variety of warehouse functions including testing, packing, shipping, and receiving of goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing air conditioners for functionality and quality standards
- Packing and shipping air conditioners and awnings for customer orders
- Interfacing with shipping companies to arrange pickups and resolve delivery issues
- Receiving incoming shipments and verifying inventory accuracy
- Loading shipments onto freight trucks efficiently and safely
- Operating a forklift to move, load, and organize materials
- Perform custodial services such as cleaning and general upkeep of the warehouse
- Carry out miscellaneous tasks and one-off duties around the building as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer or inventory system knowledge a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Work Environment:
- Full-time position, primarily in a warehouse setting
- Moderate to heavy physical activity
- Team-oriented with occasional independent tasks

Schedule
- 8 hour shift Monday through Friday
- 8:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m.
