AP & AR Specialist
Salary: $55,000-$60,000

• The AP & AR Specialist will have ownership of critical accounting functions and play a key role in maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and vendor payments
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and customer account maintenance
• Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and related balance sheet accounts
• Partner with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing
• Assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and continuous improvement of AP and AR processes
• 2+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
