Staff Accountant

We are seeking a Staff Accountant who can help bring structure, accuracy, and visibility to our accounting processes. This person will be instrumental in supporting multiple reports, improving reconciliations, and helping build a stronger month-end close process
. A major focus of this role will be cash forecasting
, making it critical for this candidate to be comfortable working with numbers, trends, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, understands the importance of clean financial processes, and preferably has some familiarity with the insurance industry
. We are open to candidates who have completed an undergraduate degree or are currently pursuing one.

• Supporting and improving month-end close
• Managing and reconciling multiple accounting reports
• Assisting with cash forecasting and financial visibility
• Identifying reporting discrepancies and helping resolve them
• Supporting process creation and documentation
• Partnering with leadership on accounting and reporting needs

• Undergraduate degree completed or in progress
• Accounting, finance, or related experience
• Insurance industry understanding
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and process-oriented
