This role supports our customers, dealers, and internal partners by managing inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional support throughout the sales and fulfillment process. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for customer, dealer, and vendor inquiries, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for customer, dealer, and vendor inquiries
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, orders, and policies
- Process quotes and purchase orders and support order entry workflow
- Update and maintain customer data and project information in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Proactively communicate order status updates, including backorders and delivery timing
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Support regular reporting and customer documentation needs
- 1 to 2 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred (manufacturing / B2B a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Positive, team-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality customer service
