Job Description

Shift Leaders handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality. We're searching for top candidates who are adaptable, self‑motivated, and passionate about customer service. Job Duties for All Store Team Members

Required to prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza specifications, including but not limited to:

  • Pizzas
  • Pasta
  • Wings
  • Deserts
  • Sandwiches
  • Sides
Stock Management
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
  • Lifting and rotating stock using FIFO.
  • Moving soda from storage area to coolers.
  • Dating all product.
Customer Interactions
  • Taking and receiving phone calls.
  • Taking customers’ orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows.
  • Car‑side delivery (bring food to the customer’s car in all weather conditions).
Daily Cleaning and Sanitation
  • Sweep and mop.
  • Clean coolers (interior and exterior).
  • Take out the trash.
  • Wash dishes.
Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Willing to deliver when needed.

Experience
  • Leadership experience: 1 year (preferred).
  • Restaurant experience: 1 year (preferred).
Training
  • Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication Skills
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movement.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature both inside and outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters, including the walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from the oven up to 500°F or higher.

Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing:
Talking and hearing on the telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments:
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand/eye tasks, tools, equipment, and work aids.

Driving Specific

Job Duties

Deliver product by car and then to the customer’s door. Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Requires a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
