Holton Manor is seeking a motivated, hands‑on Assistant Director of Environmental Services eager to learn the ins and outs of facility operations, safety systems, and preventive maintenance. No prior healthcare or maintenance experience is required—we’ll train you.

• Support Daily Maintenance & Safety Operations: Assist with routine building maintenance, minor repairs, painting, and equipment checks.
• Maintain Building Systems: Learn and help keep HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety equipment operational.
• Participate in Life Safety Rounds: Perform paperwork and contribute to preventive maintenance tasks.
• Emergency Preparedness: Learn procedures and help run fire drills and safety training.
• Compliance Support: Aid in meeting state, federal and NFPA life safety codes.
• Clean & Hazard‑Free Work spaces: Keep the environment safe for residents and staff.

• Comfortable interacting with older adults.
• Physical ability to lift/carry equipment as needed with proper safety training.
• No prior maintenance experience required.
