About the RoleHolton Manor is seeking a motivated, hands‑on Assistant Director of Environmental Services eager to learn the ins and outs of facility operations, safety systems, and preventive maintenance. No prior healthcare or maintenance experience is required—we’ll train you.

- Compliance Support: Aid in meeting state, federal and NFPA life safety codes.
- Clean & Hazard‑Free Work spaces: Keep the environment safe for residents and staff.

Collaboration:
Respond to staff work‑order requests with a service‑mindset and interact respectfully with residents and families. - Continuous Improvement: Bring fresh ideas for improving safety, efficiency, and resident experience.
- Positive, teachable attitude with enthusiasm for a maintenance & life safety career.

- Reliable, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable interacting with older adults.
- Physical ability to lift/carry equipment as needed with proper safety training.
- No prior maintenance experience required.
